Day 4 - Deploy Woes and Sound Fiddling

Today was a mixed bag, I decided, though who knows why, that it would be a good idea to spend some time looking at why things were not working on windows…

That was the first mistake.

The second was trying to figure out sound, which also hasn’t borne too much fruit, I’ve got some sound coming out, but it’s not great, so I’ve disabled it for now. There’s some code up there, but it still requires cleanup and I’m going to leave it alone until polish starts…

So you can see what you get if you’re having issues with the standard fruit-economy-7drl-2022-windows.zip and instead go with Fruit Economy - 7drl 2022 Installer-0.0.5.zip… Thanks to jdeploy for providing an installer =). I’m still trying to figure out how to just provide the executable so there’s nothing to install in the same way the standard ones work…

For now I suggest, turning off the “Add to Start Menu”, “Add Desktop Shortcut” and turn “Auto Update Settings” to “Off”.

I’ve done that here, so now just “Open Fruit Economy - 7drl 20222” =)…

And here we’re finally setup on Windows =)…
